Though open less than a year, Big Bubbles laundromat in East Chicago, Ind., is thriving and sparking more of the same in the neighborhood. Since owners, Tracey and Renee Gillis decided to put their business in the area and do things at such a high level, other entrepreneurs followed their lead.
Tracey and Renee and their beautiful new Speed Queen-equipped laundry are getting some well-deserved spotlight in a recent issue of American Coin-Op.
The Big Bubbles story leads off the publication’s “Portraits of Success” feature in the December issue. The feature is described as “a way to celebrate the hard work that goes into designing, building, and equipping a modern self-service laundry…”
