Whether you\u2019re a new <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">investor pondering your first laundromat or a current owner looking for the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">latest products and services to take your business to the next level, the show <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">is the center of the laundry universe for four days. Just don\u2019t make the rookie <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">mistake of wandering aimlessly. Below are tips to make the most of Clean <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Show.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Set priorities. Have an idea of the products\/services that are must-sees <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">and keep them as notes in your phone. These priorities should reflect <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">things that can make a difference in how your business runs and\/or its <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">profitability. Ever have to go back to the store because you forgot stuff? <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">You don\u2019t want to make that mistake at a show that comes around just <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">every two years. So, while some booth personnel <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">want to highlight what things \u201cdo\u201d keep the question focus on what <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">these features \u201cdo for me and my business.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Be open to learning. We can all learn more about our businesses. Plan <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to attend at least a few educational events and challenge yourself to <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">come home with at least a couple new ideas to implement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Network. The learning doesn\u2019t end with the educational sessions <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">offered. It continues through networking with other owners, company <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reps, industry reps, etc. Bring business cards to exchange and add <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">socials links from the folks you meet and want to follow online.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Nerd out. You\u2019ll definitely want to visit the Alliance Laundry Systems <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">booth (1505) for some Laundry Nerd fun and photos. We won\u2019t give it <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">away; but trust us, it\u2019s worth the trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Take notes\/Set follow-ups. Coming out of the show,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">you\u2019ll<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">hopefully <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">have follow-ups. Add these takeaways to your notes and have a plan to <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">execute on your list. Give yourself a deadline to ensure you get the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">most out of your trip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Be flexible. While the above tips bring a bit of structure to your Clean <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Show experience,<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">do not<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">forget to be flexible to ensure time for fun. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Set at least one day to take in the show with no set schedule.
